Delta House Studios is a provider of luxury art studios, from 2 locations in South West London, offered at competitive all-inclusive rates with flexible terms. Our clean, calm and friendly environment has created a thriving community of creative professionals from all manner of creative practices.
All studios operate 24hrs 7 days a week. FREE gallery usage, central heating, LED lighting, commercial Wi-Fi and use of our car park. We will be expanding in 2019 with 35 new studio over 2 sites.
We launched our site on Riverside Road in January 2015 with 30 new studios. We now have 74 studios and over 100 budding creatives working happily at our facility. We boast an onsite gallery, as a complimentary service for all resident artists, and biannual Open Studio events.

Our site at Studio Way has been home to 15 temporary art studios since 2018. We opened 25 brand new permanent studios in May 2019 and will be developing the site into a thriving site of 80 art studios within the next year. Courtyards and roof terraces will be a prominent social feature of a very clean, comfortable art studio complex in Wimbledon, South West London
